Have you ever wanted to play day trader? tradingsim looks like a good day trading sim. It replays the trading day with a single NASDAQ stock. You can rewind, stop or forward the data. There is 25 days worth of data for each stock. You can trade 1, 5, 15, 30, 60 minute time frames. The best part it is free, no ads and nothing to download. It works in your browser. You get a 50000 trading account and level 1 with time-and-sales display. You can only use it for learning to read charts a little better. If you think you can really day trade using simple indicators like moving average, MACD and stochastic, you are only kidding yourself.

Embarrassingly EASY questions....

When a stock changes its name (no RS or anything), and you buy some of the new names stock, you just add the prices together of the two names stocks you bought, right? (I hope I explained that right)

What if a stock DOES do a RS, again it doesn't lessen the amount that you paid for it, it just lessens the current worth?
